Psychology is "about understanding what makes people tick and how this understanding can help us address many of the problems and issues in society today" (BPS).

In Psychotherapy you are offered a safe environment with a trained professional—usually a psychologist or a licensed counselor—in which you can talk through everyday difficulties, gain deeper insight into the issues you face and find better ways to cope.

Art Psychotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that involves the encouragement of free self-expression through creative methods.

People seek the help and support of psychologists and psychotherapists for all sorts of problems.

In my sessions I integrate both my knowledge of Psychology and Art Psychotherapy with the aim to offer you a supportive relationship in which you are listened to, where you can explore your strengths and struggles, be empowered and make positive change.
